Who is Damian?

A New Beginning

Turning 40 was a milestone, and by that time, I knew I need a new foundation. I knew I wasn’t truly living my best life. I had spent a decade making bad decisions on so many levels. I spent the next years searching for answers that eluded me each time.

Despite my career success, I wasn’t thriving… I was just trying to survive. Every day felt like a struggle to keep up, to get through, to make it to the next. I wasn’t in control of my life; I was simply enduring it.

I found my new foundation in my new faith and embraced a lifestyle of growth, healing, and transformation. I saw the power of God transform me and freed me from decades of addictions, depression, PTSD, and trauma.

What’s Next?

Today, my law enforcement career is behind me and my calling is in front of me. My last day on the job I heard a preacher say, “You never retire from what you been called to do.” I have something far greater than any career:

• I have a calling.

• I have a mission.

• I have a purpose.

I am dedicated to partnering with you in your journey to become the best version of you. Through III Strong, you will be equipped to DOMINATE!!! My coaching and mentoring will give you the life you have been looking for. III Strong is more than a program, it’s a lifestyle.

The Power of Mentorship

As I reflect on the past 40+ years of my life, I realize that mentorship has played a crucial role in my life. Each new decade of my life was modeled through the relationship of a mentor. My mentor planted a seed that changed the course of life. My mentor helped me discover a career in law enforcement — something I once thought was impossible. Their guidance, encouragement, and belief in my potential opened doors I never imagined I could walk through. I'm deeply grateful for their support on this life-changing journey.

Taking a Leap of Faith

Joining the law enforcement community brought new challenges and demands. I didn’t have the perfect resume or background for the job. Learning this new craft was difficult to master. I experienced more failures than success. Each day I did my best to press forward to the end goal. It took over a decade until I discovered my true end goal. I embraced a bigger calling.
